The booking flow collects the contact details needed to manage an appointment. The patient portal is optional and shows only the linked account's own doctor/staff-approved content.

Medical Files

Medical-record media uses private storage without direct public URLs. Patient-visible content is not public; public-case display separately requires explicit approval, confirmed consent, and active status.
